Price for the Villa
The Villa is split into two separate apartments. which are rented together as one property.
* 7 nights minimum.
Renting a single apartment is only available as a late booking and by agreement with the owners.
High Season
July + August

During the high season bookings are from
Saturday to Saturday.
Low Season
June + September - mid October
Swiss Franc 258.-/night *

mid October - May (excl. Christmas)

Deposit
The CHF 600.- deposit is to be paid with the rental payment.
The deposit will be refunded immediately following a report from housekeeping that house and grounds were left in satisfactory order.
Rental period
Alternative Arrangements
Alternative arrangements are possible including increasing the rental period by extra days, rental of part of the villa and discounts on last-minute bookings depending on availability and by agreement with the owners.

Cleaning
Inclusive in the price is 6 hours cleaning.
(2 people x 3 hours)
This is normally sufficient time.
Any extra time needed is charged at CHF 30.- per hour.
Please ensure the dishes are washed, the fridges empty and any rubbish bags are disposed of in the green rubbish containers along the main road before you leave.

Intensive Full immersion English courses

Lessons
20 hours per week + daily English speaking activities.
The daily lessons are held in our modern, fully equipped air-conditioned schoolroom situated within the grounds of the villa that you will be staying in during your course.
Activities
Activities include trips to local places of interest, and a meal in an English Cauvery, as well as doing all of the every day tasks ( shopping, cooking, dining etc, in English with your professional Teacher host's Mark and Tessa

Mark and Tessa are both fully qualified English teachers who have been running The just English language schools in Switzerland for over 30 years.
This enables us to offer bespoke courses based on the individual needs of the students.
